  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During promotional campaigns or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer depending on the courier service.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays due to weather conditions, courier operations, or public holidays may occur.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions on selected orders or campaigns.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation along with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate. Sams Blush will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts by the courier company, the order may be canceled or returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and products. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
